If you purchase one (or more) Brunelleschi Pass, you must also enter the requested data in the form before completing the purchase in the cart. The following are mandatory: Name, Surname, Country of origin (nationality). All customers who are part of the order must fill in the required fields correctly.
At the entrance to the Dome, before the start of the booked visit, the names printed on the ticket will be checked by the guard staff of Opera di Santa Maria del Fiore and an identity document will be requested.
No. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, it is not possible to modify or cancel and/or request a refund for a purchased Pass.
For all available Passes - Brunelleschi, Giotto, Ghiberti - you must book an access time-slot (which cannot be changed or cancelled) on the first day of validity of the ticket. If your slot for the Dome, the Bell Tower or Santa Reparata is set in the afternoon, you can still enter the OTHER monuments included in the ticket even before the one booked, as long as it is on the day of validity. Every ticket guarantees one access per monument.
For example: I booked a Giotto Pass with a climb to the Bell Tower on April 4th at 12.30pm, I can enter to the Museum or to the Baptistery before 12.30pm; I cannot enter any monument on April 3rd. The 3-days validity for all Passes starts from the first day of visit (4, 5, 6 April in the example).
For Brunelleschi Pass, the names of the visitors are requested after the buyer's login, before arriving at the purchase screen. All the names for the customers are editable and/or to be added, otherwise the purchase cannot be completed.
You can always add a new customer by clicking on "Add New+" in the summary screen. The first and last name must match the actual user of the Pass.
Likewise, you can change your profile information by clicking on "Update Profile". This MUST be done before completing your purchase of Brunelleschi Pass.
In both cases described above, a pop-up will open with the form where you can enter the required data, and then save with the appropriate button below (Save).
